Umuagu-Ohuhu, Umuahia born serial entrepreneur/ businessman and Chieftain of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) has congratulated the Hon. Smart Ihuoma on his resounding victory as the Executive Chairman elect of Umuahia North LGA in the Abia Council Poll held on Saturday November, 2nd.
In his congratulatory message , Divine Eagle expressed confidence in Smart’s abilities to deliver dividends of democracy to the people Umuahia North at the grassroot.
