Hon. Akaliro Bags Masters FM Personality of the Year Award
The Member Representing Umuahia North (Ohuhu) State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro, has been honoured with the Master’s FM 105.9 Personality of the Year Award.
The lawmaker, who was represented at the station’s premises in Onuaku, Isuikwuato, received the award in recognition of his qualitative and people-focused representation. According to the management of Master’s FM, Akaliro’s track record of impactful initiatives distinguished him for the honour.
Among the achievements highlighted were:
Payment of school fees for over 100 students in tertiary institutions;
Successful attraction of a Federal High Court project to his constituency;
Ongoing development of market infrastructure across communities;
And several other community-driven interventions.
Responding to the recognition, Hon. Akaliro expressed gratitude to the radio station for finding him worthy of the award. He assured that the honour would spur him to intensify his efforts toward delivering even more dividends of democracy to the people of Umuahia North (Ohuhu).
He emphasized his continued commitment to ensuring that governance remains responsive, inclusive, and development-driven.
