Soludo Appoints Abia-Born Joachim Achor as Anambra Accountant General

Mr. Achor, who has lived in Anambra for decades, completed his NYSC in the state, received a merit award for his service, and rose through the ranks of the civil service from Director to Permanent Secretary before his recent elevation.
