The Honourable member representing Umuahia North ( Ohuhu) State Constituency, Hon. Barr. Anderson Kelechi Akaliro has congratulated Barr. Sam Hart on his recent appointment as Chief of Staff to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu.<\/p>\n
