A Chiefain of the Labour Party in Umuahia North, Chief Emeka Utah has eulogized the executive governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR as he celebrates his 60th Birthday anniversary.<\/p>\n
The Chief Executive Officer, Butason Luxury Suite while celebrating Gov Otti adduced that, Abia State under his leadership has witnessed unprecedented development.<\/p>\n
He further stated that the entire state is now construction site , with new infrastructure springing up from every part of the state.<\/p>\n
